I am loving these shorts so far. Got them today and I wore them almost right away to do things. Sat at my desk in them, comfortable, did a Nintendo ring fit workout in them, comfortable, went for a 30 min walk with a pair of long johns over them, comfortable! I am a plus size person, I fit in a size 20 legging and I'm tiping the scale at 300 lbs so you can guess how large my thighs are. Yes these are a bit constricting at the legs but not painfully so. But I'm loving these shorts.
I had recently purchased my first pair of lulu shorts, which I love so much so I had decided to purchase these ones and I must say I am very disappointed. They do not fit at all like the ones I had recently purchased and the material seems to feel different as well. Was hoping I would love them just as much as my first pair but sadly won't be purchasing these again.
The shorts do not fit true to size. I personally would size up! I got my normal size and they were extremely tight. Not a huge fan of this line either. Align is way better. The length is also quite long for my liking.
Ok so Lululemon let's sit and have a chat. The teal lagoon colour is AMAZING. The fit is a bit small in contrast to all my other shorts. I am an 8, bought and 8 and wished I bought a 10 - I have pretty solid legs and I have a circle around them that looks like I am trying to prevent blood flow to my lower extremities. Moving on from there I honestly wish these reviews would allow for a picture - stating that I am curvy, or athletic means nothing or even that I am an 8 bodies are different and pictures help! I wore them to the gym as they are 'Wunder Train' but walked out looking like I needed to wear a diaper. This was not even a hard workout day or a particularly sweaty one for me. I left behind the 'death triangle' the one that when you sit it looks like you leave behind a small wet mark everywhere. Again, I would like to emphasize I am not even a super sweaty person but I say these shorts have a way to go. So they will go in the 'wear during certain times' shorts and not in the everyday rotation. BUT THE COLOUR IS FANTASTIC!!! OH I marked my body type of SOLID but I have no Clue what that really means!! I would love to just post a picture :-) I would likely recommend a darker color in these shorts and a size up but every body is different. Love the compression in them and I have come to really like the Wunder Train in the pants so I thought these would be solid in my workout rotation.
They are super soft and comfortable. The colour I got was spiced chai and it is gorgeous! The only down side is the hem cuts in a little bit
These shorts are ok. They need to come with a warning though. I hand washed them,as I do all my Lulu wear and they bled an ugly dark green colour. I bought Crunch Black.
I bought these in the WMTM, I bought to pairs of the align shorts in the Spring and wear them everyday so I thought I would give these ones a try. They fit great I got heathered water drop which is beautiful in person, I was a little hesitant because I didn't know how a lighter colour would look on my legs, but I love them! My only complaint is why we have to pay so much more for the side pockets.
